she showed so much strength while battling this horrific virus. On the last passing hour she was with us, she called her children Stuart, Louise & Lee with message as we struggled to hear her

"I love you so much, I'll always be by your side, look after each other"

Only comfort we can take from this nightmare she went peacefully knowing she had spoken with her 'babies' and my dad was by her side stroking her arm.

That day was a Thursday, the day the nation applauses our heros. I take comfort from the sound that echo's down the street.

Her beautiful face was know around the world, she saved many lives when my older brother released a video expressing his loss and heartache. The world listened and stood still, she will be remembered for that and not a figure in history.

    RIP

Dad was already in hospital for an unrelated health issue, and unfortunately caught Coronavirus while in there. We had not been able to see him for at least a week before he died due to the hospital being in lock down. Dad had his 81st birthday just 2 days before, and it upset us all that we couldn't see him to give him his cards.
We are all forever grateful that we got to spend the last 3 hours of his life with him and we know that he waited for us to arrive. The staff on Baddow Ward of Broomfield Hospital were amazing and we can't thank them enough for their kindness and compassion.

Died slipped away peacefully at 1.55pm.
Like everyone else, we couldn't grieve in the way we wanted to and a funeral with just 10 people is sad in itself.

Brighter days will come when we can hug again and that will be our time of healing.
